Commercial polished concrete in Arizona

Polished concrete develops the existing slab into the finished floor surface. We coordinate aggregate exposure, sheen and color with the project specifications and the condition of the concrete.

Our scopes include natural gray, dyed and stained concrete, with grinding and polishing sequences selected for the required finish. Existing patches, joints and slab variations can remain visible; the finished appearance depends on the starting surface.

For an alternative finish system, ask about grind and seal or concrete sealing. These are separate services from mechanical polishing.

We review the slab and flooring scope, prepare the surface, address specified repairs and coordinate joints and edges. Grinding and honing establish the surface before progressive polishing develops the finish.

Densifier and protective treatments are selected and applied as part of the specified system. Care requirements depend on the treatment and how the floor is used; maintenance should follow the system manufacturer’s guidance.
